Working with us
At Puma, our people are bright, ambitious and passionate about their work. But more than this, they are genuinely interested in supporting those we work with, and each other. We are a close-knit team with unified goals. We also like to have a lot of fun.
We believe that success is produced by and belongs to all, and we embrace real responsibility every day in everything we do. It’s the Puma Way.
Our team has also grown significantly, but our values remain the same. These values underpin our business, and they inform every aspect of our behaviour, from how we manage money to the types of companies we support.
A 'Great Place to Work'
We are ranked 52nd in the prestigious UK's Workplace 2025 (medium sized) by Great Place To Work UK (up from 70th in 2024) - one of just 7 financial services and insurance firms on the list.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture across our organisation - where everyone is treated respectfully and fairly. Being included as a Great Place to Work UK is all down to our amazing team whose voices shape our outstanding company culture and drive our success.

An inclusive workplace
We continue to strive towards being a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for everyone with a focus on belonging at all levels for all staff.
We focus on a number of initiatives including training, implementing policies and procedures that support inclusion, and having a culture that focuses on authenticity for all our team members.
Historically, the investment industry has experienced shortfalls in DEI. Our commitment to increasing and supporting visible and non visible diversity include partnering with many organisations and bodies to help support us on this journey. These include Pearn Kandola and Genius Within as well as the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation. We actively run education, training and facilitated conversational initiatives throughout the year to ensure we keep these important conversations alive.
We’re excited to continue our commitment as allies, and champion a workplace where everyone is able to bring their whole self to work.
It’s the Puma Way.
Open opportunities
Importantly, research shows that men typically apply for roles when around 60% of the criteria is met, however, women and other underrepresented people often only apply when they tick every box. So, if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point outlined in the role description, please do still get in touch – we would love to hear from you!
Equal Opportunity Statement
At Puma, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. As an equal opportunity employer, we consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender reassignment, family or parental status, national origin, veteran status, neurodiversity, or disability status.
We strive to provide a work environment free from discrimination and harassment, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Our commitment to equal opportunity extends to all aspects of employment, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, compensation, benefits, training, and development.
